| Project Description: | The California Edible Flower Cooperative has conducted edible flower workshops. Workshops have used edible flowers to create: A Spring Dinner, Floral Hor d'oeuvres, A Bruchetta Bar, Flowering Chocolates and a Buche de Noel. These workshops appeal to all ages with their mind-expanding nutritional concepts, and an increased appreciation for whole, natural, and certainly not boring food. |
